Late Arrivals:

We ask that you please arrive at your scheduled appointment on time. We cannot guarantee service for late arrivals. If a guest is tardy, Hairworks Salon has the right to reschedule some or all the services scheduled.

Cancellations:

In consideration of our other guests and our service providers, Hairworks Salon appreciates a 24 hour notice of any cancellations. If this is recurring you will only be able to book same day appointments.  

No Shows:

Guests who often cancel or “No Show” appointments will no longer be able to schedule appointments ahead of time. Everyone will always be welcomed as a walk in guest, if a stylist is available.

Reminder Calls:

Hairworks Salon reminds guests about future scheduled appointments, via text, email, or voice message; However, it is the responsibility of the guest to remember the date and time they reserved.

Children:

Hairworks Salon is a family friendly environment, and we love to provide services for your children. For the safety of your child and the comfort and consideration of all salon guests we prefer children are accompanied by an adult, who is not receiving services. We understand life happens and in dire circumstances if your child needs to accompany you, we politely ask they are quietly entertained.

Accepted Forms of Payment:

We accepts Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We greatly appreciate any gratuity you wish to leave your service provider. We do ask that you utilize cash or check when tipping, we don’t add tips to credit cards.
